Product specifications
Depending on the specifications received for each product, we offer surface protection services prior to the actual powder coating process.
The surface protection is made by using masking tape, plugs, bolts, sleeves, custom made cut-off tapes and special forms, etc. We only use products specifically designed for this process that are resistant to high temperatures.
Main objective
The main objective of masking the metal surfaces before coating is to avoid contamination of surfaces that are not intended to be painted, protecting the holes, threaded holes, and embossed threads.
This way are avoided a good part of the problems in the assembly stage and high quality finished products are obtained.
